Questions
Can it unlock a PDF if I don’t know the password?
No. You need the PDF’s password. This tool removes a password you already have; it doesn’t crack or guess one.
Will the unlocked PDF look different?
No. Only the encryption is removed. Pages, text, fonts and images stay exactly as they were.
Is my PDF or password sent anywhere?
No. The PDF is unlocked in your browser on your own device, and the password is never stored or sent.
