Merge, Split & Rotate PDF
Visual page grid: reorder, extract, delete and rotate pages, merge PDFs, and add or remove a password.
Applied to the selected pages, or every remaining page when none are selected. 0 adds none.
Click selects a page. Drag one page onto another to swap them. With a page focused, Alt and an arrow key moves it.
Open the thumbnail rail with the page icon, or move to the left edge. Drag to reorder; every delete can be undone.
Open the thumbnail rail with the page icon, or move to the left edge. Deleted files and pages can be restored.
Turn on a watermark or page numbers to download.
The page is stamped by the same code the download uses, then rendered. What you see is what saves.
Passwords are applied with AES-256 on your device. The PDF and its password never leave this browser.
About PDF Toolkit
The everyday PDF chores in one place. You see all the pages laid out as a grid, so you can pull out the ones you need, delete the ones you do not, turn sideways pages the right way up, add margins for printing, join several PDFs into one, and add or remove a password.
When people use it
- Sending someone just pages 4 to 7 of a long report
- Combining scanned receipts or certificates into a single file
- Fixing a scan that came out upside down or sideways
- Making room in the margins so a printed page can be hole-punched
- Unlocking a password-protected statement or payslip you open every month
Questions
How do I merge PDFs into one file?
Open the Merge PDFs tab, add your files, arrange the pages and download. You can rename the result before saving.
How do I split a PDF?
Open it in Organise, select the pages you want, and choose Extract selected to save them as a new PDF.
Do pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are. Only rotation and margins, if you add them, change the page.
Can I add or remove a PDF password?
Yes. Open the Password tab. An unlocked PDF gets an AES-256 password; a locked one is unlocked with its password, which you need to know.
